Erasure: A Last-Is-First Exercise

Note: below is an unedited writing exercise of the last-is-first sort. Constraint: the last word of the first sentence becomes the first word of the second sentence, and so on.

Erasure is the practice of creating new work from an already full page, by blocking out most of the words so that the remaining words are their own piece. Piece work is the practice of working for a certain number of cents or dollars per piece of work. Work is a matter of physics, or a practice of exchanging time and effort for money. Money can be exchanged for just about anything. Anything you write or say can be used against you. You, whoever you are, are worth so much more.
